Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Sunny has called Western North Carolina home for the past 25 years. He began his career in land surveying before transitioning into residential construction in 2020, bringing a strong technical foundation and attention to detail to every project. Sunny joined the Providence team in 2023 and serves as a Residential Construction Manager, where he enjoys overseeing each stage of the building process and ensuring every client's vision becomes a reality.
Outside of work, Sunny enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and attending live music events.
